The main thing we were looking for with the sims was the insane trait for the dementia patients aswell as all the other standard things we look for in sims - Hairstyle and makeup changes for each outfits, accessories, aspirations and traits to suit current challenge and overall effort.
I really encourage everyone if you want to have a giggle to check out this weeks winning sims, they definitely made us laugh.

We absolutely loved your dementia patients they really gave us a good giggle, we thought it was fantastic that you had the insane trait and their other traits and aspirations were great in giving them their own personalities. We had a good laugh at some of the outfits which really suited their insanity. You also did a wonderful job with hairstyles, accessories and makeup changes. Well done amazing dementia patients.
