Tiny apartments: volunteer simplicity
Living in the city in tiny apartments, I'd like an expansion that is the opposite of livin' large, like livin' in tiny crancked spaces. I suppose the closest expansion for that would be university.
I'd also like more options for decrepitated apartments. The lot trait that brings leaks, mice and bugs is a step in the right direction. I like big mansions, but I also love to play in "real houses" and experiment the daily struggles of my sims. It makes up for better stories and also, help you understand and empathize with people who live in these conditions.
It also make the mechanical skill more pertinent.
