Townhouse apartments in Sims 4

I agree! I've built some townhomes recently but of course its still not the same because you can't designate each space as its own. I just go through and lock the doors for certain sims. (pain in the ....)

I would be 100% supportive of this! I want the ability to build "any type" of apartment building. Where I live lots of older Victorian homes have been turned into multiple apartments. We also have duplexes (a large house that has been split up into 2 apartments) and we have condos that older people live in that are like 2 ground floor attached apartments, each with their own entrance.

I say ..... bring it on!

I would love to be able to build row houses that act like apartments.

I like apartments, and I 100% support the idea of townhouse apartments. I'll take that one step further, and say that I'd like to be able to build ANY apartment building style. I want to design my own high-rise with apartments on different floors to, make a common area in the lobby, design the outer building's architecture and impact the city skyline, etc. (And they need to allow apartments to be vacation rentals!!)

100% support this. Plus a new city world to go with it! Or just a Create a World tool - I desperately want to increase the size of San Myshuno...

I would love townhouses! :) I play with townhouses in my game now but it´s quite a mess... :persevere: Maybe they can just add an option to have multiple front doors on a lot +option for which sims that own the front door = Sims act as they live behind their front door and don´t cook in their neighbours kitchen???

I really want to be able to have like several housing units on one lot so not necessarily apartments but for example a trailer park with individual trailers and you can assign different buildings to a sim or a whole family so it would work differently than roommates and I guess like apartments so you can play each household that live on the lot but only have access to their area

That would be so cool to have! I'm still not a huge fan of the apartments, since the windows and front door can't be changed, but townhouses would be an awesome addition to the game!

Yes we definitely need this, I have made townhouses in the sims a few times but they are probably not very playable because of how many sims you would need to fill them properly.

I hope we can see those types of apartments/ townhouses
