Venice inspired world
I definitely think a Venice inspired world would be perfect for this game.
We dont have cars, but we DO have boats and canoes. And a beautiful old world city built on walking pathways and canals would be absolutely perfect AND do more for the realism thing without actually having to add cars. All we would need is some beautiful gondolas and an NPC to drive them!
Even if cars are added to the game in the future, they could be similar to weather and climate where type of transportation would depend on the region and the Venice world would still keep it's old world charm.
