~ Yes it is a know issue that CC hair is not working correctly, CC hair with EA colours only are still working, the Gurrus are working on a fix for this & a few other problems that will be fixed ASAP,been dealing with that since the Patch/Update as a Moderator on a FB Sims group!
~ It is all hair that is not marked for "Random"
~ If you have the newest "Sims 4 Studio" there is a Batch fix in there, but you have to use the "Allow CC for Random" to fix your hair, until a new patch is put up to fix this by EA!
