I had this idea all typed out then decided to check and see if had ever been in the Sims before, Yep, it has and better than what I was thinking.

I was thinking maybe elves and found out Dragon Valley from Sims 3 had elves? So maybe creating a new Dragon Valley with elves and dragons would be cool.
