Factory Build Kit!

I'm slowly remodeling a factory style building in Evergreen Harbor. Not even close to being done. The build is cc free( mostly...boards on the windows are cc.) with a lot of Debug items on it from all the DLC that I own. Most of the Debug items are not playable and are just for scenery, they are out of the way of gameplay. I'm having a hard time remodeling this lot because I only use in game cheats and not TOOL or any other build mod. I'm still finding a lot of great useful items to put on the lot but these items are not all dedicated to factory building. 

I would like a Build Kit or Pack dedicated to factory building that would go along with GTW and B&H retail systems. The factories built from this kit or pack would allow sims to come and create crafts and food to sell in their businesses if the factory lot is set for community use. You could have a candle making factory and all your candle loving sims in town could come and create candles to sell in their businesses. 

More Silos options from this kit without having to use Debug. We have use of ladders and can build rounded walls so all we need is a spiral staircase to get to the top! This should all be playable building.

A Conveyor Belt in the form of a table or counters would be awesome to connect to machinery. You can fake this in game with rounded counters.

More Pipe selections for building.

More Industrial Equipment for factories. This equipment should be playable and could complement Eco Lifestyle's gameplay along with B&H and Restoration Kit.

More large, medium and small Factory Windows old, broken and new.
