It could be a "vacation" destination for occult sims.
- I'm sure Vampires would appreciate the absence of sun.
- Fairies, Spellcasters and Mischievous sims could learn ancient spells
- Werewolves could find things in the fog or the water
- All occult could recharge faster the magic energy
- Servo recharge slower (lack of solar energy ?) and the humidity decrease faster the durability
- Mud bath could be very good for alien and half alien skin (instant full recover)
- Plantsims could become wild like Werewolf rampage mode
