A way to make museums a little more useful?
I'm not exactly sure how this would be done, but my main thought is being able to level up certain skills while there. This wouldn't be like the Art Centers, but I find the only real purpose of Museu...

I would like tour guides, but also add sculpting like we had in the previous games. Have like little events like they do in DU. A paint and sip, paint a model like they in previous game, Have an Art Gallery Event where people can sell and buy Art. Have an Art Night where everyone appreciates art. Face Painting for the kids. Make the museum more interactive.
