[AA] [IL] Gibbi Point water lots can't be set as a beach lot

Hi crinrict​ can I ask why was this moved to Feedback? It's inconsistent with the other DLC.

The lot type states "A waterfront lot is recommended for this feature" (which the Gibbi Point lots are), but even non-water lots can also be set as beach lots in Sulani and Tartosa, including those without sand on the lot or immediate surrounding terrain.

Sulani lot surrounded by grass terrain, not water, can be set as a beach.

How is this Tartosa lot more "beach" than the Gibbi Point water lots?

Even if the Gibbi Point water is meant to be a lake rather than the sea, there are naturally occurring beaches surrounding the lakes I camped at as a kid in New Zealand.

It just doesn't make sense to me that the beach lot type omission would be intentional.
