Vampires need to be unnerfed

It's incredibly annoying having the vampires pack when it's basically just cas and BB because vampires were nerfed into nonexistance. I have neighbourhood stories turned on and every other occult in game gets into relationships, has babies and creates more of that occult except vampires.

They don't autonomously turn anyone so the only way to get more vampires in game is to make one myself and turn other sims or have my sim turned so I can turn other sims. I make a bar or club with the vampire nexus trait and it's always full of every other type of sim except vampires.

Werewolves have six different ways to be turned, two of which are accidental while vampires have 3 and none of those are accidental. 

I bought the vampires pack for actual vampire gameplay and all it is now is three townie vampires that do absolutely nothing.  They need to be fixed!
