I would like the option to own more than one residence in the sims 4. Maybe every summer my family from Willow Creek stays in Tartosa. I would like to be able to have them own a home there. Also, I ...
I don't play with mods. I've thought about it but genuinely I'm scared to take that leap. The Sims is pretty much the only video game I play and I'm afraid of breaking it. I've seen so many cool mods and I'm so tempted but I feel like the game is already barely hanging on in terms of working. I'm also not techie so the maintenance aspect of mods is a bit overwhelming.
If you want to give it a try, but is afraid, then LittleMsSam's mods are a good place to start, especially through curseforge where updating is literary a click of ONE button. LittleMsSam's mods are good quality, they do not break your game and she updates quickly. You do need the XML-injector for many of them, but that too can be found on curseforge and it updates fast. You can always start with one or two and try your way. Just make sure to back-up your saves by making a copy of the save folder and then you can always go back to where you were so it's risk free.
