Ability to remove ailments

Every single sim in my game is sick with an ailment. There should be an option to turn off ailments the same way you can turn off Eco Footprint Gameplay and can limit Werewolves to Moonwood Mill.

  • what in the EA is going on? can we PLEASE have an option to turn this stuff off? if i knew this, i wouldn't of bought the pack. and then we have an issue when we're saving the game crashes?

i can't stand that we are treated like this. like they laughing at us for falling for their scams

  • My sim has burning passion ailment. It's like a test to see if I memorised every single object in my household. "which of the 300 household objects did I incinerate?" If you want it removed it's 1,500 simoleans, not 100% guaranteed that it will be gone or might return in two days. It's more annoying than gnome attraction!

Gameplay wise; it's a killer. Whoever thought ailments were 'a fun new twist' should be put back under the bridge. Werewolves rock up ailments like elders give out candies!

  • Let's talk about that gnome attraction shall we? 'helpful' gnomes have upgraded... everything in the household! That includes turning the toilets into a potential firebomb! Yay, fun! x)

If you are going to terminally alter the game; would you kindly leave a note, explaining your actions? What you incinerated and why would do.

It's like the 'no' not actually being a valid option when asked about likes/dislikes. Because... 'don't you want free earbuds?'. I'd hate to see a date night with these people! x)

No, but they have at least shown they are aware there is a general and loud backlash of unhappiness. I was merely showing the forum history on the matter for context.

  • I delete the moodlet using cheats (mod or just testingcheats shift click), I think it does get rid of it.

But it feels like if you even get a bad mood for a second, you do get an ailment. There needs to be a more involved system (and do the sickness/pet sickness too while you're at it), like you'd have to actively do something wrong to get it.
