Add a KITCHEN DECO category

There really needs to be a separate category for kitchen deco, similar to bathroom accents.

It's a pretty distinct category - there are many items in this game that don't really make sense to be put in any other room. There was even a kitchen clutter kit released at some point!

Hovever, all these items are randomly assigned to clutter or misc. deco (which are extremely crowded at this point if you have all the packs or god forbid use cc!!). Adding a new category could both make stuff easier to find and offload these other categories.

When I use the 'room' BB UI for bathrooms, I get shown bathroom items. When I click the fruit bowl in the kitchen, I get shown... everything. There's pergolas! there's GF movie props! there's selvadorada ruins! Sometimes an actual kitchen item shows up. Not often though.
