Add Another Empty World
Request: Can we get another empty world added? Or the ability for players to add a world if/when they want? Newcrest fills up fast and another world would be super helpful.

@mdouglas2010 I'd love to have a world that brings apartments and swimmable areas for the base game
@thornwill I would love that to happen but EA would NEVER do that, that isn't something the would do.
