[LS] Real consequences for cheating

You know, I can't think of even one time when I have seen a sim cheat on their partner or spouse, that there was any kind of real consequence or reaction from the sim guilty of cheating. Autonomous breakups are turned on for my game, but never once have I see it happen. Not that I want it to mind you, as most problems seem to occur due to a bug. But I mean the guilty sim should have some sort of guilty sentiment, act contrite, or SOMETHING. But no, it is only their partner who gets a wounded sentiment and threatens to divorce but for the most part, they go on as normal usually, as if nothing happened, and then the wounded sentiment wears off.  I find this infuriating. I mean if my husband cheated with my best friend, I would be angry and hurt by nothing of them and have a sentiment for each. And probably no longer be best friends with the friend. And the friend, should have some sort of guilty sentiment as well as the partner or spouse. And, much the same as when vampires drink from sims without permission, I think both sims guilty in the cheating should should take some form of public reputation loss and be labeled a cheater or home wrecker, as well as suffer the disappointment and/or anger of family members and friends. Have to go sleep in the motel until their partner or spouse allows them back home, or not. The cheating sim has no idea they have anything to be sorry for and that is crazy. They should and if they are sorry, they would immediately break off the romantic relationship with the sim they cheated with, become apologetic, go through some self loathing. Stuff like that. 

The current system is just so lacking and unfair to the sim that was cheated on. There is so much that could be done to improve and upgrade many current packs and I would much rather see EA spending time doing that, even if I had to pay for it, rather then constantly coming out with new stuff. I want quality not quantity. I think AA is the most boring and disappointing pack I have ever purchased really. Not to say that there are no good things about it, or that it doesn't have potential, but as with LS and HSY, will we ever see that potential or will the wants of us simmers continue to be ignored?
