add custom mansard spikes a uruguayan building has as a roof decoration

hello. i would love to have this 3 spikes (as 2 different items) for roofing on the sims 4. it should be 3 games floors tall (default size) and at least 3 tiles in width. aldo it can be more. leaving a picture of the mansard spikes. 2 are classical victorian goth spikes, and the central one is made to look like in the top a rosebud. as well the iron work in the balconies would do a lovely fence ingame. it could be called the "goth chaos collection" if you will. anyways a pic of what i am talking about:
