What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except for My First Pet, Bust the Dust, and Modern Menswear
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play sims 4 on console
What happens when the bug occurs? fury and rage
What do you expect to see? I want my rewards
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Are we all just pretending like the Reaper Rewards worked for everyone on console? Mine never worked and I got no help despite the fact that I went to the forums TWICE to report the issue. I completed all the tasks YOU GAVE ME and I want my rewards. This is NOT FAIR. I know it's been a while now and I keep waiting to hear that you're just going to give them away in an update like you did on the PREVIOUS rewards event that didn't work. I really wanted all of those rewards and it was so insanely frustrating to see, yet again, that Sims 4 does not care about it's console players. This really stinks. I own all of the DLC (except for My First Pet, Bust the Dust, and Modern Menswear) and I have been a loyal sims player (payer) for 25 years now.
