Base game: Allow extra outfits to be named

I like to use the function to create extra outfits for each category (up to 5). I would like to be able to organise them better by naming them based on what the sim will be doing/where they will be going. E.g. Bride, Funeral, Black Tie instead of Formal 1, 2, 3 etc.
