Bee box gives entomology skill

I believe this is intended. Entomology is the study of insects, so it's been cross pack applied to Seasons and Outdoor Retreat. 

Lepidopterology is the study of butterflies and moths. Given that they chose to call the skill Entomology indicates that they always intended to have this skill apply to all insects across the various packs. 

Just unlocking the skill from a bee box but not offering any effect involving bees through the skill doesnt sound like a smart design.

I agree it would be nice if the skill bolstered your relationship with the bees or meant they autonomously gave you gifts. Anything to enhance the gameplay with the bees as you build the skill would be ideal.

Entomology does give relationship bonuses with bees and I believe you get additional honey from harvesting if your entomology skill is high enough. It's not communicated properly though.

Thanks for letting me know! I didn't know, as you said, it's not really emphasised anywhere. Which is a shame, because it's a nice touch to the skill overall.
