As well as my other Quality of Life update suggestion, I would really love to see The Sims Team address Service NPCs in a future QoL patch update. Ideally taking feedback from the community in terms of what they find difficult with some of the Service NPCs and what improvements they could provide to us.
I'd love an NPC update period! Like a tab of Service NPCs in Manage World that you can edit/manage there before even starting game—instead of seeing what was autogenerated.
IKR! I would love to add the R&L promo/trailer Scandal maid as the universal NPC maid LOL.
I wish they used the NPCs they've created for the promo stuff in the game, at least.
For me is much more interesting, even if not realistic, to have some familiar faces on thoses roles, like Robin Banks or Kaylynn Langerak.
Yes! I sometimes download the Maxis promo Sims just to add to my Library to minimize NPC auto-generation, and they don't even have them all available on the Gallery.
