Better contact with EA
When there's an issue, it's almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. I wrote a mail about a fault with the app when I was making a purchase - I had to restart the app, but the payment had gone through twice even though I didn't finish it the first time?
EA didn't take the money for the second time - so you must know it was a mistake. But now that money is sitting in my paypal account, waiting to hear from EA - and all you need to do is tell them that it was a mistake - on your part.
I wrote the mail a month ago and have still not heard back and the money is still just sitting there.
That's really lousy customer service!
