[BH] [LD] Can't ask for tarot reading as a customer in a small business

I'll try a full vanilla game after a game repair, but it doesn't seem like a mod issue. I'll report back!

EA app can be either Mac or PC.

Update; I removed all mods and ran a game repair, but alas, I literally still don't have the option to ask for a tarot spread, making the small business partially unuseable.

This is currently As Designed- the receive tarot reading interaction is event specific and only available on special NPC Sims. 

I feel like you're playing very fast and loose today with "declaring what is clearly an oversight as being by design".

If the activity exists, then it should function as a customer, too. If it does not, it's clearly a design oversight and should be treated as missing content. While not strictly a bug, that sort of thing is generally considered an issue to report, not a feedback to make.

All these feedback posts that used to be bug reports and are bizarrely marked as "solved" despite being moved (without any indication they were moved) to the feedback forum are really confusing to see. Half of them are legitimate gameplay issues, and ALL of them are confusingly marked "Solved" which gives the impression that their feedback "has been solved", i.e., implemented into the game as requested.

Why is it available as an employee activity then? If I want a business to do tarot spreads, it's effectively useless as a customer.
