Bits and pieces don't merge when...

Bits and pieces don't merge when you merge households. One household has Bits/Pieces 4,371/19,788 and the other 8,865/11,377. When I merged the households the first set of numbers is what shows. The second set of numbers didn't fully disappear though. 

In household inventory the home recycler from the second household still shows 8,865/11,377. If I place the recycler from inventory into the world it will reset to the 4,371/19,788.
