My sims will not woohoo

Hi guys I need help. I play the sims 4 on Ps5 and for the life of me I can’t get my sims to woohoo. I double checked their orientations and they are fine and compatible, made sure they can get to the woohoo spot which they can. I literally made sure to see if it was the sims both sims will woohoo in that same spot with literally anyone other than the sim their married to. Does anyone know why this is happening
