Body dragging doesn't work for Infants/Toddler/Children

what platform are you playing on ? Did you try repairing your game yet ?

Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing mods ?

PC, I didn't delete the localthumbcache, I'll try that.

Update: I deleted all my mods, the cache and repaired the game. Nothing changes 😭

Try the following

• Close the game
• Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
• Repair the game
• Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
• Start a new save game
• Check if you still have the error
• Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

I actually deleted the entire sims 4 folder and downloaded everything again, I still can't edit infants, toddlers and children. They do look a bit distorted as well, that's why I originally linked it to the new EP

This is how children are looking in my game, they seem stretched, their necks are weird. 😭😭

Which one ? The user folder or the installation folder ?

Reinstalling the game doesn't get rid of any user data.

The Sims 4 folder on the Eletronic Arts folder, I also uninstalled it. Do I need to do something else to delete everything completely? I've tried your method of "Sims 4_old" and repairing, nothing changes. Both new and old saves can't edit children 😭😭, This happened after I downloaded Businesses and Hobbies btw, it was fine before that.

Do the sliders also not work or just the dragging on the body ?

The only functional slider is the body fat. The face can also still be edited, but not the neck.

I just tested this in my game. Mine don't look like your first pic but maybe that has to do with the outfit.

I can replicate the drag body sliders not working on infants-children.

Sorry for making you jump through hoops but hearing about issues with cc sliders, I didn't test but though it was the same issue.
