Bring back build/buy collections

With the sheer number of packs now available, not to mention the difficulty sorting BB and the inconsistencies with said sorting in the first place, I think it's really important that the Sims 4 brings back BB collections from the previous games. Let us create custom folders with whatever items we want. Let us label our kitchen objects, art studio objects, garage objects, etc. for ease of access. Hell, allow us to add debug items to them too. It's simply far too cluttered right now. And with the promise of never ending packs it's only going to get worse. Please help us.
