Personally, I quit reporting bugs, because I found my reports did not get the attention deserved. The reporting process is also not very user-friendly, at least from experience.
Honestly, this is completely understandable.
Sometimes CAS bug reports may it be tags/colours/etc. seem to get more attention and fixed sometimes with less upvotes than other reports where nothing has happened, but because they are at CAS level more users notice and report/upvote, so they again, get more attention that way too.
Other reports, in some cases are backlash reporting. Such as when Ailments came out, and overwhelmed gameplay for most players. I saw bug reports at first just pushed to feedback then they went "viral" with comments, complaints and upvotes, it was re-instated (moved back to bug reports) and prioritized for 2 fixes. 1st wasn't enough for many players; they added a Ailment Toggle shortly after (and I think another reduction is spreading).
Other than that is really seems to be a balance of how many votes, how easy it is to reproduce, and how easy a fix is. There are many posts with plenty of upvotes with months or years of nothing done.
The average player really doesn't have the time or patience for this.
Some players do take very seriously in investigating and reporting (either checking internal files, checking every object/item, etc.). And maybe a handful get past "Awaiting Additional Reports" but since it is the (supposed) year of Bug Fixes, I think some of us are trying to report what we can, and cross our fingers XP
