I’m surprised they can pick and choose what to fix. If they are still selling packs and bugs are meaning you cannot get the full product you purchased, and all packs are continuously on sale, then it actually breaches consumer rights laws - at least in EU and UK. So even if it’s winding down, if they are still selling the games and they aren’t working properly then they should be fixing them.
Admittedly, in some cases bug reports are more troubleshooting issues and many posters do not monitor their posts after a while. CC and Mods also can be largely the culprit too.
As a modder I have had people give me bug reports and unless I can reproduce, it is safe to assume it is a troubleshooting issue (I'd say in my case 80% troubleshooting (and it was usually a conflicting mod/cc), 19% a bug and fixed, 1% this one bug that I could not reproduce and therefore could not provide a fix).
But in the cases of actual bug reports not caused by CC/Mods and not a troubleshooting issue, yes, I am concerned how many do not get fixed. Especially when verified and/or highly upvoted with months and years of wait.
