I am also a little confused why there is more attention on 3rd party sites, then the official Sims 4 forums? It does not encourage them to become more active and report/upvote (from what I can see), so why alienate the player pool that does frequent the official forums, report and upvote?
The social media sites are where they can get more traffic. It does usually link people to the bugs forum for reporting.
That is not the argument I am giving, they should also include the official site, not bypass it. I understand that is where the traffic is. It is like addressing the community, but not the voluntary base.
