They should make it so you can rent out buildings to businesses. 

I know you can practically just pretend it’s to a buisness but an idea could be:

I could take a % of the profits, i could charge them more due to it being a company, longer term contracts etc.

An example: i rent out office or factory space or a relevant buisness and the game auto customises the lot to fit that company,
