Also happens on Play Station. It happens to different Sims on different computers in different rooms. It's happened on 2 different saves. I think when you use moveobjects and put certain things on your desk, the Sims don't like it. Even when they are NOT blocking anything and should not disrupt the command. I deleted files sitting next to the one computer and now they use it. I deleted the Star Wars cat off the boys desk and now he uses it. If the computer isn't obstructed, not sure why items become a problem.

Hello.

If the moveobjects cheat is used, it may make some objects unusable due to colliding footprints.

Is anyone seeing this issue without using mods, custom content, or the moveobjects cheat?
