Can't host weddings on National Park lots

Sims cannot host weddings on National Park lots. I think this is an oversight and not a glitch, but I am wondering if anyone else had has this problem as well. I've attached screenshots from my game showing that the National Park lot type is not available for MWS weddings or base game weddings.

Then I would like to understand why it was designed that way. From a player perspective, it makes no sense

Seems strange that you can marry in a Park, but not a National Park. It would be great to know why there's this particular restriction/design choice.
