cars and less loading screens

so ive been wondering why sims 1-3 have cars but sims 4 doesnt? ive been thinking about what would happen if they actually added the gameplay style from sims 3 and merged it with sims 4 gameplay style but would it lag or crash every modders game? thoughts?

Honestly, I’d rather deal with short loading screens if it means my Sim can get to another property almost instantly than have to sit in traffic or wait for my Sim to take their time getting there by car. I’d rather have a few seconds of loading than turn traveling between lots into its own gameplay mechanic.
