CAS: Why are shirts no longer tucking?

Why are so many of the shirts that used to be tucked into pants/skirts no longer tucking into them? Sometimes it works for some categories and/or pants, and other times not. It has been a problem in Create a Sim for the last few months. Is this a problem for other simmers? Is it something I can do, or is this a bug?
