I agree. The BB catalog is disorganized and needs updated. It seemed that this issue was going to be addressed with the bug report collection:
[COLLECTION] Issues with Categorization/Filters (Build Mode)
But that hopeful thread is now locked and the whole collection and its bug reports will be deleted on December 8.
