Not allowing players to change keybindings is also a disability issue. Players with mobility issues, hand pain, small hands, or missing fingers will have much more difficulty using ANY default keybinding.
To say nothing of the fact that the base keybinding for The Sims 4 is extremely unintuitive for any player. This should be a top priority.
