Community Haunted Houses

While it is fun to play with the Paranormal Stuff Pack, I would think it to be fun to make community lots haunted to give more variety to those who desire to create haunted houses for all Sims to visit and share in the experience, as well as, for those who are in the Paranormal Investigator career.

I realize there are mods out there to offer us this option, I really feel EA should be the one to include it as to help us alleviate the use of such mods for our game and not having to worry about them breaking with any update or additional EA DLC.

Thank you for your consideration.

@simsplayer818 I really love that your sim is talking furniture with the Queen lol

But also I came to suggest the same thing: take the front door out and put a seance table on the porch! You can still visit a haunted house lot even if no one lives there. A dedicated lot type might also be a good idea though too!

@LadyAofPineapple Yes I agree a lot type would definitely be good.
I'd originally built a creepy basement when trying out the Haunted House Residential lot for Sims to just visit, thinking Sims could wander downstairs to be spooked. I was thinking it would be a cool idea for a haunted shipwreck too. But of course visiting Sims couldn't access the basement 🤦.

@cbarber89 Yesterday I learned that the reason Sims players, like myself, who chose to not have autonomy in their games, as autonomy has been acting like it is on steroids' and was not working is because every single DLC that came after the base game broke this core function. No matter what Pack or Kit was used it broke this core function.

Not to mention all the fixes and updates that were created only causing more issues while more core functions of For Rent and other DLC EA created still to this day remain broken has rendered our games in many ways with the exception of building houses and other lots useless. There is just far to many bugs making this game either unplayable or unenjoyable. Until the majority of these get fixed, if ever. I deleted my Sims 4 and have gone back to Sims 3.

@wasikm007 Oh no, that would explain the sometimes constant repeat of certain actions at times when playing a different SIM in the same house, I was playing a SIM, then changed to another one, and the one I left quite happily, when I went back to them they had a queue of " quick meal" about 5 or 6 times 🤣🤣
I never really had much to do with Sims 3 as I think I tried it, somewhere I can't remember where, and it had changed completely and I never really had the time to sit and figure all the new things in it, before this I played a lot of Sims 1 on pc, of course, then I dabbled in Sims 2, but I think that was console and didn't really like the console system compared to years of pc, the fact I can use Sims 4 on console and with a keyboard to make it more pc-like is a big bonus for me otherwise I wouldn't of got on I don't think 🙂
  • i put most of the lot challenges on and i made something similair which involves haunted house

it's by so far super original one i have in mind because the lot challenge i have in mind is the floor and the wall lot challenge Lot Challenge: Floors and Walls ideas i made this one not that long ago that can be used with an abandoned haunted house👻👻

no one would want to live there if it becomes more spooky🤣🤣
