Create A Sim Isn't Randomizing Well

My create a sim randomizer isn't being very good at randomizing new sims. Sometimes you just want to pop in, create a fast sim or sim household and play with minimal fiddling in create a sim. I admit I'm a serial new game starter, I can't help myself.  

I didn't notice it at first but then I did. I roll up a new sim, skip past the base game create a sim default characters to a randomized sim and every time I get a sim with dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and dark brown skin. Ok, that's cool but I don't want Every sim in my save to have that exact combination. How about some variety. I hit the randomizer over and over and over and run through A Lot of sims with dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and dark brown skin before a different combination turns up. 

My randomizer feels like it's stuck on the same sims over and over. I want a more of a variety of sims from the randomizer. I want new or different sims to show up in the randomizer. Please mix it up more.
