You're not alone...the CAS animations are very annoying to me too, all of them in fact but the occult ones take the cake...like, dudes, Im trying to work here, stand the f still!
For the other thing...I play without sound cause there are alot of sounds in the game that annoy me and the way they are balanced...so...yeah...
