Dream Home Decorator

I really enjoy the "Dream Home Decorator" game pack and love working as an interior designer in it. However, I noticed that its part-time jobs are only applicable to Commercial and Residential Property types, and not for my Rental properties.  Since mine many sims live in rental units, could the room type option for rentals be added , or somewhere my tenant can post a request to hire an interior designer?
