I noticed this too. Normally I can’t stop other sims from coming to talk to my sim, even if I want them to be left alone and keep canceling the conversation. But when naturopathy patients come over, it’s like they’re actively trying to avoid my sim and will go all over the lot, walking away every time I try to talk to them.
The only patients I can tolerate treating now are sims with the music lover trait because instead of wandering around my home like it's any of their business, they stand in one spot and sing (City Living required). I'm considering giving all of my sims the music lover trait just to keep them still.
