[EBN] [ECO] Gnome upgrade issues not satisfactorily resolved

I know the update said the issue is fixed regarding gnomes that were brought to life, but what about the ones that just show up? I have never brought a gnome to life.

ALSO, this "fix" is simply NOT good enough. Something needs to be put through to REMOVE the composting container from the toilets AND fuel cells and H20 siphoners that were upgraded on everything. I purposely did not do those upgrades because they are not green and contribute to industrial eco. Those gnomes went through and upgraded every single item with those upgrades that were purposely not done. And that is A LOT in just one of my houses, never mind all of them. 

The time and cost of parts, not to mention I always use ECO crafted parts I have my sims create at the fabricator to upgrade everything. So the time involved was a lot. I should not have to sell everything out of every house and invest all the time needed, ON MY PART, to put things back like they were.
