Erratic sims shouldn't have the Straight Jacket Icon even for their moodlets

I thought erratic was an odd choice for a replacement name, I admit, but I don't doubt that the good intentions were there.

Yes, I know there is an effort of inclusion, diversity and non-offensive/attempts of political correct terms. I just sometimes think that being "PC" can be counter productive in some cases—such as this case.
