Expanding Disability Representation in The Sims 4

I can't wait to see physical disabilities on the game (prosthetics are already late, just look at Discover University) but according to some previous discussions about it some disabled people don't want things like wheelchairs being forced in their games because of trauma, so i think that the best way to add it would be creating a free pack/collection like the Holidays and the Grim Guitar ones just for wheelchairs, so whoever wants it can download it.
