Extreme Activity withdrawal

My Sim is an active Sim and when she doesn’t work out for a while, she gets extreme activity withdrawal and then there’s nothing she can do to take care of it at all. She can’t work out. She can’t do any activity she enjoys, and when she does a slightly active thing like horseback riding, it doesn’t make her feel better. Nothing makes her feel better and I can’t do the things that would make her feel better. This seems like a major glitch.
