Faulty foundations...

I’d like to report an issue with the foundations. I don’t know if this is due to the “Better Build Buy” mod I’m using (although I know this “bug” doesn’t occur in the vanilla game) or if something else is going on here. The thing is, in my foundations section (in the game with mods and CC), there are two versions of foundations that aren’t present in the vanilla game. I wouldn’t be writing about this if it weren’t for the fact that one of these versions is marked with the “City Living” expansion icon (marked with a black line in the screenshot). I don’t know if this is some game content that ultimately wasn’t included in the final version of the expansion and the “Better Build Buy” mod simply caused it to “surface,” or if there’s another reason. In any case, these foundations are broken and don’t work, causing the building to “levitate,” and you can also see graphical glitches of what’s “underneath” the lot. I’m not sure if I should even report this as a bug, but I have no idea where I could write about it. I apologize in advance if I’m bringing this up unnecessarily.
