I usually play offline for a few days after an update because of mods being updated etc but seeing this all over Twitter has really put me off updating at all. I don't understand the need for it. We ALL know what packs are available and if we wanted them we would buy them (if we can afford them). Like others have said this is just horrible in your face being pushed to buy things we're already aware of.
I could kind of live with an extra button but the pulsating will be so distracting (and obnoxious!). I work in web and something like this would be a huge accessibility fail.
- Simfalls2 years agoSeasoned Traveler@kaylihunter Considering this info and accessibility is in the main menu on start up (meaning anyone who wants a pack already knows how and where to get it)...this button seems aimed at exploiting kids and vulnerable users by tying buying into the actual gameplay experience. It's so inappropriate.
