Pulsating Shopping Button NOT FIXED!
Now we have a blinking yellow dot that is blinking until you push the shopping button.
TAKE IT AWAY!
WE DO NOT WANT IT!

Yes, I was shocked that they just chose another means of attention seeking distraction ☹️

This is not ok! I haven't uploaded my game yet, because I can't cope with repeatedly animated or blinking things.
Like I said before, I'm autistic like so many people here. I have sensory issues and can't process constantly moving/blinking things. They instantly make me very nervous to the point where I have to look away and calm myself down. I can't ignore them, and if I try I am exhausted very fast.
Again, please remove the moving and blinking from the button!
I paid nearly a thousand Euros for this game. I expect it to be AD-FREE when I am playing.
This shopping card icon serves no function for Gameplay, so it shouldn't be in the gameplay interface!
Please reconsider your decision and move the shopping card icon at least to the main page, where all the other advertising is!
This is NOT acceptable!

This update is such a blatant cash grab, it's crazy!!!!! Btw did this "fix" mess with your UI display? Like are the button overlapping and not working properly.

This isn't completely fixed for me unfortunately. When I select Travel the Shopping Cart starts pulsating again. It then stops eventually.
Edit: I don't have a glowing dot though. So I don't know if the way mine is, is actually how its meant to be. It's also stopped pulsating at all after reloading my game today. I'd rather it wasn't there in particular as I have all packs so I won't need to be using it.

Tell me you're cash grabby and don't care about your players without telling me you're cash grabby and don't care about your players.
Don't just get rid of the pulsating shopping cart button - GET RID OF THE SHOPPING CART BUTTON. It's intrusive and it breaks immersion.
I already own half of the Expansion Packs and half of the Game Packs, plus Stuff Packs and Kits. I've literally invested HUNDREDS of dollars in this BUGGY game. More because I started on console and then switched to PC when I got a better computer but none of the console stuff is transferable. You want me to buy more DLCs from you? Well, I need to enjoy playing the game to want to invest more in this game.
I can very easily - and do - buy Sims DLC from the EA app and the Sims Main Screen. I don't need or want a shopping cart button in the game. Get rid of the button.
For the record, I love the Sims. I've played since Sims 1. But the constant bugs and cash grabbiness of Sims 4 is really turning me off. There are lots of other games out there that are just as fun, less buggy, and I can spend about $40 on to buy a YEAR'S worth of DLC (looking at you CK3 ❤️) instead of just ONE Expansion Pack.
Take the temperature of your community Sims Team and EA or you're going to lose us.
