Another question for those who have problems:
Q1. What is your computer's screen size? Surely you're not playing The Sims 4 on 800x600 screen, no?
Q2. If I can ask - what kind of health-related problem you would trigger, by simply looking at the flashing small icon? If this is real, how are you living IRL? There are many flashy things like road sign.

@poolfactor If you are unbothered by the cart icon, that is absolutely valid feedback. However, I just want to caution you against the pitfall of thinking along the lines of "this doesn't bother me, so it shouldn't bother you." If someone does not suffer from a given condition, they can't speak to the experience of those who do. In response to your question: if this is real, how are you living IRL? The answer, for many, is...not easily. Many people have to make huge compromises in their lifestyles to accommodate their circumstances, and that’s the key point here: this game represents a means for some to escape the necessary limitations of their daily lives. This new feature compromises that, and this is what so many players find unacceptable (in addition to the cash grab factor, but that's another debate).
